Spas & massage in Singapore: Full on Saturday, quiet on Tuesday. Let's fill the weekdays.

Weekends book themselves. Weekday afternoons don't, and your therapists are paid either way. We build an offer that gives people a reason to come on a Tuesday, get your happy customers to say so on Google, and answer every message so the booking isn't lost. No hard sell, and nothing that breaks Police or MOH rules.

Where a spa loses customers

Therapists waiting on a weekday afternoon. Saturday is booked days ahead. Tuesday at 3pm, the beds are made and nobody comes. You pay for the shift anyway, and a "20% off" sign at the door rarely fixes it.

Fewer reviews than the spa down the road. People compare stars before they message anyone. Your happy customers walk out relaxed, go home, and never write a word.

The message nobody answers mid-session. Every pair of hands is busy and the front desk is with a walk-in. "Any slot at 8pm tonight?" sits unread, so they book the next place on the map.

The regular who stopped coming. Every few weeks for her foot reflexology, then nothing. Nobody asked why. Often she just got busy and another outlet sent her an offer first.

A complaint left unanswered. In this business, trust decides the booking. One old complaint with no reply is the first thing a new customer reads.

How Singapore customers pick a spa

Look at how people in Singapore talk about choosing a massage place and the same five things come up.

01"Near me", then the reviewsMany start with a quick search on their phone, then compare stars and how recent the reviews are.
02No hard sell"They don't push packages" shows up again and again in reviews and spa round-ups. Being pushed is the complaint people remember.
03The price, before the sessionThe price on the menu or in the WhatsApp chat should be the price at the counter.
04Wary of prepaid packagesWhen a spa closes, customers can lose what's left on a package. CASE tells people to buy only from accredited providers that protect prepayments.
05A shop they trust at a glanceClean, bright, a clear menu. Licensed outlets will soon show a Police poster with their licence number at the door.
Customers here have learned to be careful. The spa that wins is easy to find, shows its price, replies fast and lets them relax without a sales pitch at the end.

The weekday problem, and what actually fills it

A discount sign tells people you're quiet. A good weekday offer gives them a reason to come at a time that suits them, and you.

01One offer, one askBuilt for the hours you need filled. One thing to say yes to, nothing else on the page.
02A reason it's this weekA season, a moment, your own slow weeks. With a deadline you actually keep.
03Words from your reviewsWhat your customers already praise becomes the headline, so the offer sounds like you.
04Out everywhere at onceYour Google profile, Instagram and Facebook, and a WhatsApp to the past customers who agreed to hear from you.

The rules your marketing has to follow

Massage outlets in Singapore are licensed by the Police under the Massage Establishments Act 2017. On top of that, MOH and CCCS rules shape what an ad can say. Here's the short version.

Your ads can't
✕Advertise massage at an outlet that isn't licensedUnless the premises hold a Police licence or fall under an exemption, advertising massage there is an offence.
✕Use indecent imagesPolice licence conditions ban indecent advertisements and list what counts.
✕Claim to treat a medical conditionMOH says massage parlours and spas can't advertise services that claim to treat medical conditions or diseases.
✕Promise results you can't back upCCCS says claims about benefits must be true, with no unsupported guarantees.
✕Pressure people into packagesThe Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act prohibits undue pressure, for customers of every age.
✕Message numbers without checkingMarketing messages to a Singapore number need a Do Not Call Registry check, unless the person gave clear consent you can show.
Your ads can
✓Run a real offerWith the price, the discount and the terms stated clearly before the session, as CCCS asks.
✓Message past customers who said yesWith their consent on record, your weekday offer can go straight to their phone.
Changes coming in 2026: the Police plan to replace the open-concept exemption with a new Category 3 licence in the second half of 2026, and every licensed outlet will display a Police poster with its licence number. We write every campaign with these rules in mind, and you approve it before it runs.

08 / FAQ

Questions spa owners ask

How do I fill weekday afternoons without cheapening the spa?

+

Give people a reason to come. A sign that says you're empty won't do it. One offer for the hours you need, tied to a season or a moment, with a deadline you keep. Launched. builds it from your own services and reviews.

Is the first offer really free?

+

Yes. The offer and the hero post, built for your business and sent as a page within two working days. Run it yourself if you like. The full campaign around it is the paid service.

Can our ads say massage helps back pain?

+

Be careful. MOH says massage parlours and spas can't advertise services that claim to treat medical conditions or diseases. We describe the massage and how it feels, and leave cures out. For your own case, check with MOH or a lawyer.

We run an open-concept outlet. Does anything change?

+

The Police plan to replace the open-concept exemption with a new Category 3 licence in the second half of 2026. Check the SPF page for the latest. Either way, the advertising rules above still apply, and we write to them.

Can you send our weekday offer to past customers?

+

Only to people who gave clear consent to hear from you, or after a Do Not Call Registry check. You confirm which customers have agreed. To bring back regulars who drifted, ask us about Revived..

Will you push packages on our customers?

+

No. Singapore customers are wary of prepaid packages and hard selling, so we never write pressure tactics. If you sell a package, the price and what's inside are stated plainly.

What about the bad reviews we already have?

+

We answer them properly, in your voice. Reviews that break Google's rules get reported. We don't promise removals, because nobody honestly can. What changes is the balance, once your happy customers are asked.

Will my customers think they're talking to a bot?

+

Booked. replies in your tone and answers the real question. If someone asks, it says it's your spa's booking assistant and offers to pass them to a person on your team.

Can you get us to the top of Google Maps?

+

No one can promise that. Distance from the searcher decides part of it. What we can do is the rest: more reviews, every one answered, a complete profile, and a monthly view of where you show up.

What does it cost?

+

Booked. is S$997 a month, month to month. Teams of one to five people can check if they qualify for a scholarship. Launched.'s first offer is free, and the full campaign is priced on the call. Ranked. is quoted on the call too.
