01 / The calls you never hear about

A missed call doesn't complain. It just books somewhere else.

No bad review, no angry message, nothing in your inbox. The caller tries the next name on the list and you never find out. You paid for that call with your ads, your reviews and your Google profile. Here's where it slips away.

Rang out at lunch
Hi, are you open this Saturday?

Everyone was busy. They called the next business that picked up.

After closing
Do you take new customers?

Voicemail. By the morning they'd booked elsewhere.

Put on hold
Sorry, can you hold for a moment?

A minute of music, then they hung up.

Answered, never booked
How much is it?

They got a price and a goodbye. Nobody offered a time.

"We'll call you back"
Let me check and get back to you.

Nobody called back. The day got busy.

Three calls at once
(the second line keeps ringing)

One caller gets served. The others don't wait.

02 / How it works

Picks up in seconds. Books the slot. Hands you the rest.

Think of it as a front desk that never goes to lunch. It's trained on your prices, your services and your rules, and it only says what you've approved.

01

It picks up

In your business's name, in seconds, as your booking assistant. Even when three calls come in at once.

Good afternoon, Lumi Physio, this is the booking assistant. How can I help you?
02

It answers properly

"How much?", "Do you do this?", "Where do I park?" From your price list and policies, never a discount you didn't allow.

How much is a first session?
A first assessment is S$120 for 45 minutes. I have Thursday at 3 or Saturday at 10. Which suits you better?
03

It books the slot

It finds an open time in your calendar and confirms it on the call. Returning customers are greeted by name.

Thursday at 3 is yours, Mei Ling. See you then.
04

It hands you the rest

Complaints, medical questions and anything outside its brief come to you, with a written summary, so you can call back knowing the whole story.

Mr Tan, unhappy with Tuesday's visit. Wants a call from the owner before 6pm.
03 / Hear it first

Hear your own front desk before you change a thing.

With your OK, we call your business once, like a real customer. You get the recording and the one thing to fix. In two minutes you'll know whether calls are where you lose customers. If they aren't, you've lost nothing.

Free · One test call

We call. You listen.

A realistic enquiry for one of your services, at a time you approve. Then the recording, and what a better answer sounds like.

Then · You decide

Fix it, or keep your money

If the call went well, great. If it rang out, sat on hold or ended without a booking, Answered. can be picking up within a week.

04 / Pricing

Priced on your calls, not on a guess.

A busy clinic and a two-person workshop don't get the same number of calls, so they shouldn't pay the same. We look at yours on a 20-minute call, then give you one set-up fee and one monthly fee.

Answered. · Monthly
Quoted on the callSet-up plus a monthly fee, based on how many calls you get.

05 / Is this you

Built for businesses where the phone still rings.

This works if

  • Customers call you to ask, book or move a slot
  • Calls ring out while you're with a customer, on a job or at lunch
  • People call after closing and on weekends
  • You're the owner, the receptionist and the one doing the work
  • Clinics, aircon and home services, movers, renovation, workshops, tuition centres

Skip this if

  • Hardly anyone calls you. Your enquiries come by chat: that's Booked.
  • You want cold calls made to strangers. Answered. picks up, it doesn't dial out to sell
  • You don't have a calendar or booking system for it to book into
06 / The whole front desk

Every call picked up

The phone answered and booked, any hour, with a summary of every call.

Every message answered

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and your website. Take both and they run as one system, so a customer who called on Monday and messages on Thursday doesn't start again.

07 / Straight answers

What owners ask before they hand over the phone.

Will callers know it's not a person?

+

It introduces itself as your booking assistant. If someone asks, it says so plainly and offers to pass them to you. Most callers just want an answer and a time, and they get both.

Does it record calls?

+

Yes, so you get a summary of every call and can listen back. Callers are told at the start what the recording is for. The PDPA asks you to say what personal data is for when you collect it, and we set that up with you.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

+

It says it will get the right person to call back, and sends you a written summary straight away. It never makes up a price, a promise or a discount.

I run a clinic. What about medical questions?

+

It doesn't give medical advice. It books the appointment, answers the practical questions (price, time, location, what to bring) and passes anything clinical to you with a note.

Does it book into my calendar?

+

Yes. It finds an open slot, confirms it on the call and moves bookings when a customer asks. Tell us which calendar or booking system you use on the call, and we'll confirm the fit before you commit.

Do I still need my receptionist?

+

Keep them. Answered. takes the calls they can't: while they're with a customer, at lunch, after closing and on weekends. The counter and the judgment calls stay with your team.

How quickly can it start?

+

Within a week of the call. We set it up from your website, prices and rules, you hear how it answers and approve it, then it starts picking up.

How is it different from Booked.?

+

Booked. answers chats and messages. Answered. answers phone calls. Take one or both. With both, calls and chats run on one system, so nothing a customer said gets lost between the two.

How do you charge?

+

A set-up fee and a monthly fee, quoted on the 20-minute call once we've seen how many calls you get. Not sure calls are your problem? Start with the free test call and hear for yourself.
